Desktop Record Cutter Kickstarter Campaign for Cut-At-Home-Vinyl
Although many are moving to digital systems, vinyl has had a recent sales boost, and Australian-based company Machina.Pro has taken notice. They have funded a Kickstarter campaign called the DRC (Desktop Record Cutter) to bring a plug-and-play record pressing solution to the masses. The DRC is automated using precision engineering technology that provides easy use for new cutters. It also allows custom control, upgrades, and modifications for experienced engineers.
Initial prototyping is already complete and the company now needs funding to finalize features and infrastructure to build production units. The company is trying to build support for their project. Four supporters will receive finished DRCs and everyone else will get other swag for providing funding in the project.
