CD Baby Offering Cover Song Licensing to Members

CD Baby has partnered with San Francisco based music rights company Loudr, to provide a solution for musicians to license cover songs they want to distribute.

Loudr’s new licensing platform enables users to purchase mechanical licenses easily so they can legally release cover songs across a variety of media, from digital downloads  and ringtones to interactive stream and physical releases.

There is just a flat service fee of $15 plus the cost of mechnical royalties.
