The Power of Music Retargeting
Summer music festivals are around the corner and music marketers have been working very hard to promote their artists, labels and events. Nearly 500 record labels and artists are leveraging a new platform called found.ee to do so.
Launched in Jan. 2015, found.ee caters to the music industry by helping brands and companies retarget potential customers. This is done by allowing you to generate retargeting pools consisting of interested consumers/fans through clicks.
Found.ee acts as a link shortner, but as your link gets around the web, those who click on the link are added to your retargeting pools, and can be used to market to customers and fans that have already shown interest.
This reduces wasted spends on digital advertising by qualifying the real music fans, and providing a direct connection (through advertising) to those fans, as opposed to blanketing the Internet with ads.
