Women in Music 2015: Nominations Are Now Open
Billboard’s special feature Women in Music is here once again, and they are inviting their readers to offer nominations online.
Womens in Music is an annual report in Billboard’s Power Players series, and an invitation-only event to honor the top women of the year. It recognizes women executives who drive business forward with their vision, dedication and hard work.
Women executives in all aspects of the music industry are eligible, and must be nominated as individuals, not as members of a team.
Billboard editors will choose among the nominees by considering their achievements during the past 12 months, and will emphasize how that achievement is best measured (e.g. new business generated, increased revenue etc). They will also consider how they have shown leadership in the music industry.
The deadline for nominations is midnight (Pacific Standard Time) is: Friday, September 25th.
